Prices represent open (spot) market sales/offerings, F.O.B  Shipping Point, 
Shipping Point Basis with of Acidity 1.0-3.5 percent weight/weight as malic 
acid, color 40-70 percent, brix minimum of 70.0, various containers (drums, 
bins, or bulk liquid packaging).  May include promotional allowances or other 
incentives. No consideration is given to after-sale adjustments unless 
otherwise stated.  Brokerage fees paid by the shipper are included in the 
price reported. Excludes freight charges, containers included unless otherwise 
stated.
