The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) plans to purchase oven roasted chicken for the National School Lunch Program. Offers will be solicited in the following forms:

Solicitations will be issued in the near future for deliveries beginning September 16, 2015 through June 30, 2016. Offers to sell these products must be received no later than the date specified on the Solicitations. All offers must be submitted electronically through the Web-Based Supply Chain Management (WBSCM) system at http://www.usda.gov/wps/portal/usda/usdahome?navid=WBSCM. Offers submitted by any means other than WBSCM will be considered non-responsive.
