The Plain Community Outreach Package provides both outreach materials and technical, digital and paper-based resources to help plain communities gain access to information about organic certification. This package pairs articles on lessons learned with a sample communications plan, sample meeting agenda, and in-depth training materials in the form of a transition guide and workbook for transitioning to organic. The package also contains 30 paper-based recordkeeping templates focused on specific topics and operations, such as animal sale records, equipment cleaning, and crop storage.
Resource development: Created in partnership with Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Association (OEFFA)
